Founding Partners

Tim Oldman | Founder & Managing Director

Tim Oldman started his commercial interior design career in 1991 in transport design, cutting his teeth on the multi-million pound capital projects at Victoria Coach Station in London and the Buchanan Bus Station in Glasgow. Further work then took him in to retail, live events and then in 1998, in to his first workplace design project as part of the BT Workstyle 2000 consultant framework.

In 2003, Tim moved away from the front line of environment design to develop a greater interest in the business strategy of workplace environments. In 2006 he joined Vitra to forward their workplace strategy objectives, commissioning several milestone research projects.

Early in 2009, Tim established to|consulting to further focus on the dynamic alignment organization’s work patterns and practices within workplace environments. This led to the exploration and the development of new models, tools and theories and ultimately to the founding of Leesman.

Annie Leeson | Director of Research

Annie Leeson is an experienced strategy consultant and corporate coach and the co-founder of Lovework Coaching, which helps organisations to harness the power of a happy and highly motivated workforce. She also runs Good Thinking Inc, a boutique consultancy that helps clients to take a more strategic approach to their business.

Since 2004, the combination of strategy and coaching expertise has led to Annie’s involvement in Employee Engagement projects around workplace change. Her experience in these fields sparked a fierce interest in the Future of Work and New Ways of Working, and inspired her to carry out several innovative research projects.

Through these projects emerged enduring partnerships with both Tim Oldman and Philip Vanhoutte, and from these the Leesman enterprise was born.

As Director of Research, Annie will guide the evolution of Leesman products and the extraction of value from the Leesman database for the benefit of the workplace industry.

Divyang Mistry | Co-founder – Non Executive Director

Divyang Mistry is an angel investor and consummate entrepreneur having started his first company while still at university. He was formerly with PriceWaterhouse in London and Geneva where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Most recently (1999 to 2007) Divyang was at CTN, a leading corporate communications agency where he was responsible for a successful MBO from a joint venture with ITN and Burson Marsteller. As CTN's Finance and Operations Director, he was responsible for all operational, financial, IT, HR and legal matters.

As a non-exec Director of Leesman, Divyang is responsible for Leesman’s commercial planning and financial strategy. He brings considerable finance and technical experience to the Company as well as a rich linguistic and cultural background.
